Tripling welding technology has been used to produce our sealed products, especially water
products. The sealed products should be plump and solid after inflating, so it's crucial to for
us to insure the welding is sealed tight and lasting for such a long time. • Most sealed products in the market only weld two layers, while we add one. It is not only for
the safety, but also for durability of the products.
Advanced Printer
Color of the products and the images on it will have an effect on aesthetics of the products
especially the theme products. To reach the best specification of 1440DPI (The number of
the point can be printed in one inch. The larger number you can print, the higher quality
image appears.),Lyons Toys use advanced technical machine, the Polaris 512 high precision
guide rail inkjet printer.
Protection strips:
The inflatable products need to be used under the situation of constant jumping pressure .so 10cm width protection strips are added to each 2cm width side of the stitching of all the jumping surface .
Triangle anchor strip and d ring:
In order to maximize the convenience of installing .a triangle anchor strip and a D ring is equipped in every 1.5 meter distance at the bottom of our products. It is also equipped in every 3.5meters height on the two sizes of our products for firmly fixed and against wind.
